By following this checklist, homeowners can ensure their vacation rental property is fully prepared to welcome guests and provide an exceptional experience:

- Address any repairs needed for appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural elements.
- Ensure all safety features, such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, etc., are in working order.

**Enhance the Guest Experience:**
