This allows the vacation rental manager to show up to the moment data to emphasize their management value proposition and increase the stickiness for owner relationships from inside of the Barefoot owner portal.
Key Data Dashboard is a data-driven platform that provides short-term rental market data and insights for property managers, tourism organizations, hoteliers, and other businesses. Clients who use the Barefoot Vacation Rental Management solution have their own owner portal. The owner portal is a communication tool for their owners to have up to the minute access to property information, upcoming reservations, their expenses, work orders and owner statements. Owners can also use the portal to make their own reservations, complete their owner contract renewal and promote their own property using a microsite.
Adding the Key Data unit performance report into the owner portal builds on transparent communication between the property manager and the owner. With KPIs formatted in an easy to interpret graphical format, owners can understand how their property is competing in their market. This is the perfect tool to facilitate onboarding a new owner or strengthening the relationship with an existing owner. This is incredibly important this year as we have seen rent stabilizing back down after 2020 and 2021 which has caused many owners confusion.
