As we are almost through the first month of the new year and start looking ahead, we can see show season coming up. At [Barefoot](https://www.barefoot.com) we enjoy going to these shows and conferences, since it provides us with the opportunity to meet up with existing clients, as well as meet other members of our industry. We believe these conferences play a huge part in the development of the vacation rental industry.

We have already been to one show this year, the VRHP in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina on January 18, and we are going to attend several other conferences as well. These conferences are:

[FVRMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow](http://fvrma.com/) in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, May 1-3

[VRHP](http://www.vrhp.org/) National Meeting Biloxi, MS  September

[VRMA Annual Conference](http://www.vrma.com/?AnnualConference) in Orlando, Florida, October 9-12

[TriplePlay](http://www.realtorstripleplay.com/) in Atlantic City, New Jersey, December 7-9
