Smarthome technology is all the buzz in homes. Now you can easily add automation and control technologies to your vacation rental.

RemoteLock smartlock ResortLock has been a staple in the VRBO industry since 2008 with its ability to issue temporary access codes, durable commercial grade locks, and easy management tools. Now the company is offering home automation solutions like smart thermostats, power plugs, security cameras, and sensors on its RemoteLock Connect Platform. Using these tools, owners and management companies can monitor and control properties via computers and smartphones.

RemoteLock provides you with more control over your rental property than ever before all at an affordable cost with no monthly fees. Instead of issuing keys or permanent codes, RemoteLock allows property owners to provide their guests with temporary access codes that start and end when owners want, so guests can't enter your property one minute before or after specified.

**The RemoteLock integration with Barefoot provides a way for owners to book guests and provide immediate codes for the time of their stay.**
