Barefoot has online portals that extend the functionality and access to the Barefoot system for Owners, Guests, Vendor and other Referral Agents.

Barefoot Owner Access

Barefoot Owner Access is our owner communication portal that is configurable by you. That includes being able to present or not present the following functionality:

• Ongoing communication from your office to the owner
• Review and/or management of the owner information and property information
• Pricing/rate management (with approval)
• Owner, owner guest and owner referral online reservations
• Ability to review and add a work order
• Owner websites with their own booking engine
• Ability to review charges based on date ranges
• Online statements, newsletters and year end reports
• A sign up wizard to take owners through the annual sign up process

Barefoot Guest Access

Barefoot offers your guests their own access through the Barefoot Guest Access portal. This online tool is effective for those who are booking with you for the first time and for guest that are returning to stay with you.

You can offer (or not) the following guest-centric functionality:

• Ongoing communication from your office to the guest
• Review and request additional information from your incoming guests about their preferences so that you can provide them with relevant offers and also have great demographic data for ongoing marketing initiatives
• Search and book their own properties
• See past reservations and your communication with them along with upcoming reservations with the communication about this reservation and the ability to make online payments (credit card or echeck)
• Offer concierge services and activities for your guests to create a vacation experience

Barefoot Vendor Access

Barefoot Vendor Access, allows you to communicate with your outside vendors or staff that you don’t want to give access to your entire Barefoot solution. Vendor Access offers the following functionality:

• Vendors can communicate through vendor access with their comments including pictures and invoices that are logged into your Barefoot system to facilitate work flows
  Third party vendors can check up to the minute
• Assign in house and to out of house resources
• Let 3^rd party vendor manage themselves

Referral Agent Network (RAN)

Referral Agent Network (RAN) is by far the most unique social media tool on the market empowering your partners to act as reservation agents and book inventory, manage their commissions and much more.
