We are excited to welcome you to the 2021 Barefoot User Conference

We are looking forward to seeing you in person this September 30 - October 2, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas, at the [La Cantera Resort ](https://www.lacanteraresort.com/hill_country_tx_resort/). We have scheduled our show just ahead of the International VRMA show, so you will be able to stay on for that if you would like.

If you've never been to a Barefoot User Conference, you are missing out on training, thought leadership, tips and tricks and just an incredible amount of sharing from other Barefoot Users. This is the single most important investment you can take to maximize your use of your central technology.

- September 30 -- Additional training, peer to peer session  and 5 strategic client sessions and a welcome cocktail party.
- October 1 -- Registration/breakfast, sessions all day, lunch and snacks, partner exhibits are open, planned evening activity. 
- October 2 -- Breakfast and remaining sessions, conference to close at 12 p.m.
- The cost for the user conference is $450 per attendee. We will bill you the month after your registration.

#### What COVID-19 Policies will be in place?

The resort has its COVID 19 policy stated here...

"La Cantera Resort & Spa is adjusting daily to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is the MISSION of The Resort to provide the SAFEST and CLEANEST environment to our guests and to our associates, as much as possible.  The Resort has teamed up with safety, engineering and chemical partners, consultants, and adopted recommendations from the CDC in the development of our SAFE & CLEAN initiative “LA CANTERA’S CLEAN TOUCH”. These new initiatives will be seen throughout The Resort."

Barefoot is ensuring that we have large rooms with plenty of space and we will also gather outdoors as much as possible.
