Administrative & Finance Assistant

Job brief

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of functions supporting the CEO and COO. Our administrative assistant must be friendly, well-spoken, punctual, and accurate. This position requires a significant level of discretion.
The ideal candidates for this role are familiar with the Vacation Rental Industry and, ideally, Barefoot Technologies’ applications.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails

  • Log meeting notes

  • Accurately enter tracking data for partner accounts, customer accounts, sales, and marketing

  • Produce reporting on tracked data for scheduled events, and/or ad-hoc review

  • Perform follow-up on overdue invoices and contribute to management of the Accounts Receivable cycle

  • Collaborate with the COO in developing/updating Process & Policy documentation, and related tracking

  • Support project planning & management of corporate events, both internal and customer-facing

  • Coordinate purchasing,

Requirements

  • Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision

  • Exceptional aptitude for identifying shifts in priorities and adjusting accordingly

  • Strong communication skills

  • Intermediate or better MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Planner

Notes:

  • Full-time, (32-40 hours/week) hourly with some potential for overtime
  • Starting wage of $17.50/hour 
  • In office - Henniker, NH - Potential for some remote time following onboarding
  • Minimal travel
