Carl brings over 5 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, most recently with Instant Software. His focus of development has been in the major resort areas of the US, Western Canada, and the Hawaiian Islands.

Carl served in the US Army before finding his way into sales and business development within the hospitality market in New Mexico. His career led him to different experiences where he developed and implemented international marketing strategies, and was top producer in internationally recognized organizations. In 2006, Carl joined Instant Software where his experience in sales, and customer relations management provided a basis for successful results throughout his engagement. As a Business Development Manager with Barefoot, he has shown extensive knowledge of the software market, and his contributions have already proven successful.
