Trainer
Summary
End User trainers design, develop and conduct end user instructional classes on Barefoot applications, support and services. Training subjects may also include generic front office software and Internet marketing tools on a project by project basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct formal group training in classroom environment.
- Preparation of training delivery methods, including learning the customer's unique business processes and applying it to Barefoot applications.
- Knowledge transfer and on-line content creation.
- Works with Sales to gain knowledge of specific client project requirements, processes and procedures as they relate to the Barefoot application to be trained.
Qualifications
- BS/BA
- Experience with Internet software applications.
- Excellent writing/documentation ability.
- A training and course development background with excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills
